Then return your knees to center before going to the left and then back to center. Repeat this exercise 10 to 16 times.


3) Using a Broom

Spread your arms wide and hold near the tip and the base of the broom. Stand with your feet at should width. Without turning or twisting you want to slowly bend towards your right foot and then come back up to the center. Repeat this five times then bend towards your left foot five times. You may repeat this several times during the course of your workout. If you're not getting enough resistance from the broom alone you can work up to weights for this exercise. Start small (no larger than 3 pound weights) and work your way up to larger weights very slowly.
